Than one only can say congrats... still hard to believe... why an owner would sell it for less than 50% of value... the most expensive areas are mostly where mansions are located and or downtown areas... why would someone pay rent if the probably would be able to buy a nice house with the rent they pay?

Hey,

Banks in Germany finance 100% of purchase price you would only come up with broker fee and tax for buying the property which is quite high 5-6.5% of purchasing price... but German real estate market inflated a lot do to low EZB rate...

Geld geht immer dahin wo es die besten

Vorraussetzungen hat wir haben ein internationales finanzsysem.... es kann dir doch niemand vorschreiben wo du dein geld anlegst... mehr sag ich dazu nicht da mir mein mind sagt das dich ein investor angesprochen hat noch das du selbst irgend ne ahnung hast

... wieso gibt es Goldman Sachs in deutschland????? Wieso fie Deutsche bank in den USA??? Nur einige von vielen

Aso dachte er wollte die residency...

No I dont I have talked with my bank for a normal commercial loan for my llc... he could probably do the same or always talk to hard money lenders... or better for him get a low interest loan in Germany and invest the money here...

Mit esta kann er doch jederzeit in die usa reisen um zb immos zu kaufen und alles weitere regeln... bin zur zeit auch "nur" per esta da...

You cant a seller will always go with the cash buyer since he has much less hustle with it...

Just think what your financing party is going to want to have... an appraisal is just one exsample...
