I just acquired a property in Fort Worth Texas. The project will be a full gut remodel. Do anyone have any referrals for General Contractors in the Fort Worth area?

Does anyone have any recommendations on contractors that works in Ponca City, Oklahoma. We just got 8 units under contract there. We have some contractors we’re working with that isn’t the best now.

Hello BP Friends,

When getting prequalified for a mortage to buy a duplex or any 2-4 unit. I hear that lenders can use the rental income you WOULD be bringing in once you purchase it towards your debt to income. Any truths to this ? If so which lenders do this in Texas?
