I recently went to Robyn Thompson's Millionaire Mastermind seminar in Florida and creative finance / land trust expert Larry Harbolt was there speaking and selling his program and bootcamp. Has anyone bought his materials? Any opinions?

I went to the 5 day Robyn Thompson event in Florida last weekend and one of the speakers was real estate attorney/accountant Bill Noll. He was loud, large, entertaining, knowledgeable, and....did I mention loud? (my ears are still ringing). Anyways...
He was selling (as they all do) his Goldmine Tax and LLC handbooks for $1600.
Does anybody here have any experience with this attorney from Pennsylvania?
Thanks,
Todd

I'm looking at buying notes and trying to do some of the property research myself. I'm looking at different sites to research title reports. Any suggestions on the best sites?
I've seen "Real Estate Reports" created by LPS Data Services and.....ProTitle USA.
But these look like paid sites.

Thanks for the info Kevin. Does NS reply to your calls, emails, questions in a timely manner? Did you present deals to them during weekly webinars and did they help you with the deals?
Which mentoring program did you sign up for?
This business is very intriguing to me. Any info would help greatly.
Thanks,
Todd
