Hello to all that take the time to read my post and welcome me. If your familiar with Metro Atlanta then it'll be easy to vision the area I work & serve with expertise as a 19 year Realtor/Investor.

All of Cobb County, North Fulton County...North of the Chattahoochee, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Milton, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, NW Dekalb County.

I keep an office in Marietta, Buckhead, Alpharetta, and Decatur to serve my clients needs. I focus on these areas, a wide span due to the past economic conditions. As the market recovers I'm drawing in my focus to more & more Cobb County.

I continually watch the data of where the "action" is taking place. So these high transaction areas is where I focus my time, research and monies. Yes, I believe in investing into up and coming communities, but only if I have the funds to park there long term...if the deal is incredible enough.

If you'd like to talk specifically about these areas of investing, I'd love to listen, learn, and share with others in reaching our goals. I look forward to studying the site, learning something new, developing new relationships, and of course helping others by offering my advise.

Why not just evict, and move on with another tenant? Is it the price point of rents you're attracting these tenants at?
