He was an additional tenant to the lease and knew the current tenants, so after his application was approved he just simply moved in with out notice and or signing the lease.

All - I have a "tenant" that had his application approved. He then moved in unannounced back in November or December of 2023 and has not signed a lease.  I found out that he moved in unannounced roughly the same time period, Nov or Dec of 2023. I am a working professional and have been extremely busy the last few months. I now have the time to handle this and want some advice.  What should I do to get this resolved immediately? Should I ask him to sign the lease and if he does not then give him written notice to leave the property in "X" time frame?
