Post: Realtor listing agent issue

Thank you very much for the response

This is exactly how I want to do business.

The problem is that the agent put the sellers property on the MLS for rent. I want to use the same agent as our listing agent after the BPO/ getting the approval letter.

Is this still possible? Does the Realtor have to release her original listing with the seller and make it a pocket listing (so its not on the MLS?

Just a quick question...

Yesterday I got a call from a Realtor who put a property for rent on the MLS on behalf of her client. Her client now wants to sell through a short sale. So the Realtor called us and she wants us to buy the property through a short sale. Great so far...

I'd like to use the Realtor as the sellers agent and our buyers agent (from the A to the B). and become our listing agent again (from the B to the C). I'd like to know if this is possible if she already put a property for rent on the MLS on behalf of her client?

I know its not possible when the Realtor put a property on the MLS for sale on behalf of the seller. But does the fact that the Realtor put the property on the MLS for rent change anything?

just a quick question..

Which documents need to be notarized when doing a short sale?

Do I (investor) need to be present when the notary notarizes the documents? (after the homeowner signs the documents)

What happens if do short sales in different states? do different rules apply whether documents need to be notarized or not?

FYI, i am located in Dallas, TX

Many thanks

yes you should be sceptical.

I am yet another victim of Craigslist spam. Someone just posted my cellphone number with a free laptop on Craigslist.

The phone rings every 20 seconds.

Text messages are constant.

Wow, now I know how to conduct a cell phone denial of service campaign.

I started answering some of the calls. Turns out to be nastier than I thought. So far, Chicago, New York and Phoenix have free laptops listed with my name and phone number.

I found the Phoenix post.

I reported it. It looks like it has been flagged for removal. The phone stopped ringing at 62 phone calls, 22 text messages. Basically annoying at midnight. But it would stop business during the day.
