Thanks,

Same here. I use multiple disposable addresses, each with different purposes.

After a rapport has been established or I am seeking their interaction, I will give them the address that goes to my blackberry so that I'm not sorting through junk.

Post: Short Sale = Instant Equity ? ?

The claim is that Short Sale purchases can create "instant equity" by negotiating a purchase with a financial entity for lower than market value because of the distress/situation, then immediately resell it for FMV.

Can I get some feedback here on this claim? Considering the market, banks and their bond rating, cooperation, etc... I'm trying to find out what the "TEMPERature" is like out there right now.... insight from experience would prove most helpful.

Thanks,

Tommy

Taylor, I believe you have just answered your own question::

""" I have actually my whole life been trying to be a fireman, like my father, and i have done all the training and schooling and i currently am working part time as one. """

You did what was necessary to attempt to be the best firefighter out there. This opportunity is no different.

Diversify your time/energy/education/experiences with this business and you will find your place. So many times people invest an abundance of time in one aspect only to find out that they might develop a regret or two. Luckily for you, something came over you long enough to think ahead and figure out that there is more for you out there ( I wonder what that day was like for you ).... Keep us posted on your progress.

Rock on.

I would have to say the time/effort/energy would be better spent elsewhere.

Josh,

From the sounds of it, it appears as though they want you to partake/pay for their classes/training, which along the way you might close a deal or two.

There is a certain organization who is doing this which I decline mention.

I will only say Josh to do your homework and research.....

Cheers.

What did they say when you called and asked for the Asset Manager? (or one of the many names that they call their distressed portfolio department)
