What is recommended for renters liability insurance coverage? Should it be $100,000 or $300,000 minimum. What are the price differences?

I have an elderly couple moving into my rental. What’s the thought about allowing them to have a motorized scooter in the home when most of it is carpet. Anybody have any ideas or experience with this?

I have two businesses. One is an LLC real estate company and the other is a S corporation. If I I own my own office, can my LLC charge my S corporation rent so that it would be tax-deductible for my S corporation but income for my LLC?
