I am just wondering what would you guy do when you received letter from HUD with case number saying you discriminated the disability.

Someone didn't get the place , got mad and file complaint.

Hi @John Weidner The ARV from appraisal after rehab is $260k . I am gonna replace the whole siding of the house, so adding that little part of the stone siding won't dent my budget. I just didn't know if that stone will make the house look nicer.
