HUD fair housing complaint

Hello. 

I am just wondering what would you guy do when you received letter from HUD with case number saying you discriminated the disability.

Someone didn't get the place , got mad and file complaint. 

Any input would help .

You need a landlord attorney, just from what you have already posted, the red flags went up.

I agree with @Mike Cumbie, don't post further about the incident,, get a attorney Check with Minnesota Multi Housing Association for names of Attorneys, and join MMHA if you are not yet a member,, they have a attorney that writes a column and she is great,,  her first name is Donna,, she gives seminars on Fair Housing and is top notch in her field.
