I am closing on a SFH in Lincolnwood, Illinois just outside of the city of Chicago. I want your best recommendations for remodeling contractors who work in that area.

Projects on my list include:

• Re-staining hardwood floors & kitchen cabinets
• Installing tile back-splash in kitchen
• Changing master half bath to a full bath
• Updating fireplaces
