I am looking for input on methods being used to quickly qualify or disqualify properties. Spending a lot of time running numbers and wanted input from the community on what key metrics are being used to evaluate a property quickly so it either gets a deeper dive or it is scratched from the list.

What is the best way to analyze a multi family purchase when It is going to be owner occupied for the 1st year or two?

Never Mind....Just downloaded a rental analysis and the logo looks great....not sure why but it works.

I uploaded a JPEG image (684KB max is 6MB) and it looks ultra compressed. Tried it with a PNG image (136KB) and same issues. Can't read any of the wording or see the design of the logo. This is how it should look....
