I'm looking for an buy and hold investor who is interested in a Cash Flow opportunity near Sierra Vista, AZ which is about an hour south of Tucson. The owner is a former co-worker who reached out to me as a friend and honest investor. He's motivated to sell. Reply to me or text me at 360.545.3439

@Matt Motil Thank you and everyone else on the thread for the advice. I believe that the time is now and that I'm not getting any younger. I have income from my Army pension coming in and I know that it will sustain me while I pursue REI full-time. I've missed out on too many opportunities because I'm stuck in a meeting or on a task that had no relevance to my job what so ever. I missed out on my older kids growing up while I server in the Army. I have two girls, ages 14 and 11, that I want to spend a heck of a lot more time with. I will keep you all updated on this journey.

I'm sitting in my cubicle at work today listening to the monotony of corporate America. However, the only thing on my mind is three deals i'm working on and a forth I'm trying to get going. As I listen to people around me, I ask myself "how can they do this for the next 20 years?"
Besides, myself. Who else can't take it anymore and is ready to make the full time move to real estate investing?

Since acquiring three properties through family and divorce I decided to enter the realm of real estate investing. Ive spent the last month educating myself on contracts and taxes in order to maximize passive income and eventually leave the rat race.
