Post: I need a house in Dallas County

Hello, I am new to RE investing and I have not done my first deal yet however I started because I was looking for a personal home.

We have been stuck in a very expensive lease. It's a beautiful half million dollar home but it isn't our home.

We own our own a 40 yr old business that pays all our expenses and without good w2 income we can't get a mortgage so we keep paying on this rental.

Does anyone have a 4 bed 3,000 plus SF home preferably with a pool in Irving, Grand Prairie, Cedar Hill or Desoto available with a low down?

We have credit over 750 and excellent income. I don't mind having to update a little but we have to be able to live in it.

I still plan to keep investing however we really need a home.

Thanks in advance

double close and the seller will not know you are profiting. The house doesn't have to be a dump. Any house where the end buyer can turn a profit after you get yours is one that can be wholesale if you get it under contract.

I think this is an incredible thing you are doing. As a brand new investor looking for my first deal this would be a dream come true. However, being in Dallas , Tx I wish someone would offer an opportunity like this locally. I would be all over it. I don't know if you are a Christian or not but surely God blesses people like you. There aren't many like you in my experience.
