Concerning the cast iron.

I would 1st, like to know who is requiring you to replace the cast iron?  I ask because sometimes the plumber or city official says it has to be replaced but that may not say the whole truth. Sometimes they think they are doing a service to you by letting you know that this "should be replaced" not actually required.

Note: It would be easier to work with and less problematic but if it was installed properly, it will last and last and do just fine.

I hope this is helpful, Joe

Hi Darren,

How is going with developing your RV Park?

I have been getting prepared and at the door but have not took the plunge yet. I have a accurate drawing now but there are some trees I would have to remove and I think I need to re draw again so I can keep the trees.

Hi Austin,

Did you develop your property into a RV Park?

I âm at the point of starting to develop a Park. If you have any information on developing one, I would like to hear about it.

Thank you, Joe Schultz

I am interested in putting in an RV park, to start with a 14 space park with room to add on. I have a tank (pond) that needs work but I think it will be so nice to park your RV near the pond and just make it a nice place to live short term or log term. I am really interested in costs that I could expect to create this. I would really like to hear your thoughts on this.

I am outside of Austin about 1 hour and see that it could be a bedroom community for the Austin area and/or a getaway for a weekend.

Thank you, Joe

I have a SEP self directed IRA, who would you recommend to be the custodian. I use it for investing and holding rental property. I may do more with it later but this is what I have been doing. Thank you, Joe

Nicholas Alexander

I think there are a few things that are part of this home.

It's my home personally

I am conservative and do most things myself.

Note: In some areas, i really should move on and hire others.

It is an older home (built in 1920) and I restored it and upgraded it to a very nice home. Value of these older homes that have been fixed up really nice may not come up to the dollar amount that I think that it should and it's not.

The added expense to sell a home when I expect the sale to be in the 260's (264k x .05=13,200).

It's somewhat personal to me and doing a quality job costs more but that's what should be done so I have spent more on it than I planned.

My parents could use some help because of their health so that's the reason i was selling.
