@Pamela Sandberg I have no idea how much it would cost, but the rise nor the run (I know geometry way better than construction terminology) are both unacceptable according to inspector.

@Mike McCarthy that's a great question and I will certainly look into that to make sure it was permitted and to code at that time. Good insight. Thank you.

Hey everyone, I'm under contract for a house that is quite old (1930). The stairs to the finished attic are not up to code, which is not overly surprising due to the age of the home. My question pertains to the legal responsibility if a renter would use the attic, fall and get hurt. Anyone have any info on this?
Property is in Phoenix, AZ if this makes a difference.
Thanks in advance,
Travis

Hello all,
My wife and I are looking to purchase a property and wondering where we can look to find out what zoning regulations are. The property has a 3/2 house on it, a garage that should be able to be turned into a rental or airbnb pretty easy, and 2 rv spots with full hookups.
How do we find out if we can legally rent those rv spots and profit from them as well as turn the garage into vacation rentals?
Thanks in advance.

Hey everyone,
If you have a good broker for multifamily properties I would love their info. Specifically looking for properties under 1 million in Phoenix, AZ.
Thanks in advance,

Hey all,
My wife and I are starting a mailer for off market properties because MLS hasn't worked for us in this hot Phoenix, AZ market. Anyone have a good contact in Phoenix to get a marketing list for owners of multifamily properties?
Thanks in advance,
Travis Kemper
