Hi. I wanted to find out how you get the deed to a property if you are investing out of state? I heard about a title company but I'm not exactly sure what a title company does so if you could also explain that it would be wonderful. Also in general what documents should I receive when I purchase a property? Thanks for your time.

Hi,
I wanted to ask how you would go about paying a hard money loan back for the BRRR strategy. Is it that you pay the hard money back once you have refinanced? Can you please give an example? Thanks.

Thank you everyone for your feedback. It’s all so very helpful. I am excited to get started as a new investor. I’m going to review all that you told me, look into my budget and look to get started by the end of the year. Thanks again everyone!

Hi,
I am looking to get started in real estate investing for my 1st property by the end of the year. I am new but I wanted to find out in order to run a successful buy and hold rental property what monthly expenses will I be expected to pay? I do plan on investing out of state so I already know I will have to pay a property manager but what type of taxes can I expect to pay and what types of insurance or other fees would I need to factor in monthly? Thanks for your time.
