Great to see more Pittsburgh investors! Be sure to be thorough with your investment, making sure to have an accredited appraisal and property inspection done before placing your offer on a home. As always, do plenty of market research as well to make sure the home is in a desirable neighborhood for renters, and not a location that struggles to find individuals or families to rent to.
