Hello BP members, I am 21 and for the last year l have been planning on putting down a 3.5% FHA loan and BRRRR-ing the place. But l have recently been questions whether the 5% first-time buying down payment. What are some advantages & disadvantages of using that 5% DP or what is a helpful resource to help me make this decision?
