@Frankie Betancourt Your best bet at this point in the process in my experience is to attend the Sheriff Sale and be sure to have the funds available, all sheriff sales I know of, like Jon said, are cash only and 'as is' obviously. You should find all the necessary information at your local county courthouse.

-20 y/o investor interested in real estate in Central Iowa. Long-time lurker on BP, seeking to be more involved in the real estate community here in Iowa. Want to learn the language of real estate and get in real-estate oriented environments like an REIA here in Central Iowa.

-Currently have 2 SFR rentals and seeking more, possibly Multi-family.
