@Daniel McDonald I do agree house hacking does mitigate some risk! That wouldn't work for my current scenario! I've got a strong background in Carpentry, Concrete, Utility work so I would like to do a fix and flip or brrrr! Youre fairly local to me I am based out of New Bedford

Whats up everyone? Im glad to be here and take part in this community. I am from the South Coast of Mass about 45 mins south of Boston.
