@Bryan L. Yes unfortunately I'm unable to buy a guy a beer for a couple more years. And I have grown up with very wealthy parents so my ambition to make as much money as them is very high. Which is why I put 6 figure income.

Hey everyone my name is Trevor West, I live in the metro detroit area of Michigan. I'm brand new to this site and brand new to real estate. I'm looking for a mentor that is willing to really put the time in to help me, and knows what it's like starting out so young. I'm hungry and willing to hustle but I need the right knowledge and skills to succeed. So far I love the real estate business but I'm more interested in investing in property instead of fighting for $2,000 commissions here and there. If anyone here that lives in my area can help me or if anyone can throw some suggestions out there I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
