Hi all!

I was looking to find a solid Turnkey Property supplier in the United States. A supplier that has done a ton of volume in the past and is well versed in their craft. If you or if you know of anybody who fits this description please let me know! Looking the hardest in Charlotte, Atlanta, and Tampa, however, I am open to any market as long as it makes sense.

Is anybody aware of any online courses that teach you how to underwrite residential or commercial deals? I am in college and while all the classes and everything I take in school is great, nothing is really taught on how to underwrite a deal. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!!

I am currently looking for providers of Turnkey properties in various markets across the United States. If you are aware of rehabbers or builders who can put out new properties every month please let me know. Currently looking in Charlotte, Tampa, Jacksonville, Atlanta, and Phoenix.
