Thanks Manola for the response. It's not a complete rewire because the electric is grounded. Adding new service for the 12 can lights, garage door motor, AC Condenser, furnace, kitchen appliances (5), and a washer and dryer circuit, hanging three ceiling fans, three exterior floods in existing locations, two porch lights, one light bar in the bathroom and finally switching out all existing plugs and switches.

Hello everyone, 

Does anyone in the Inland Empire, CA have a licensed electrician who isn't a large company. The job is in Upland, CA. Obviously looking for smaller company who works with investors. Panel upgrade to 200 amps, new circuits, swap out existing plugs and switches, hang lighting fixtures, and install can lighting. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
