@Eric Roloson I would not spend any money before accepting the offer.. I would only do it in due diligence period. Yes septic. Would be change .. some city may not accept the current one , you can not use the flow line for nearly 20 years, of course depends on the city. Good luck .

@Matthew Nicklin can cask about the GP’s on the deal, might be more than one and both are marketing.. both seems weird that you getting emails to rise funds which are already funded.

@Merle Brubacker : Agree with Merle.. you should have credited the some amount of rent in first place for the inconvenience caused, which was not done.

@Alfred Derrick : looking at the prices now, it’s good idea to build new, unless you buy the dirt/ land at right price. I am building( hired GC) couple of homes in Cumming, GA . Can PM me I will help you to analyze .
