@Frank Rolfe Hi Frank, Appreciate your efforts for MHP community.

We are looking at building new mobile home park. As of now approved for over 250 pads , here in GA. At height level how much it will take per pad, for road and utilities.

Our educational guess was 17k to 20k.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks,

Trin

@Ryan Rea: Hi Ryan, Try to google it your self on Zillow with different filters conditions/ criteria and see if the property is show up right. And make sure the pictures are kind of professional and see proper description of the property and location are given.

Important look for the rental comps around make sure it’s not over makes.

I have listed my property with above criteria’s and I see lot of traffic.

Good luck !!

Thanks,

Trin
