@Greg  I appreciate what you are saying. I have never conveyed that this quest is a bed of roses. It's funny how many more may be following the post and I hope they are not just scanning through because it's no way one could draw that conclusion. It's obvious that you have not read each post in its entirety. The post is about Private Lenders but I will never will rule out all of the other financial resources. There are many more options than the Private Lender that I am aware of and will consider other routes when and if I deem fit. Nevertheless, let's be clear...

Throughout my post the following is what I am NOT conveying or implying or saying:

1. This journey is all peaches & cream like someone in "Alice in Wonderland."

2. Noooooooooooo there won't be any setbacks, obstacles, mistakes or pitfalls.

3. I have it all figured out.

I don't have it all figured out AND I'm glad I don't because I will always be willing to learn, implement, enforce and read more. Meanwhile, with every passing day I am educating my mind. I could be doing this for 33+ years  and I would still like to know I am growing, being productive, always being pro-active, learning, reading and constantly educating my mind.

No, I don't have it all figured out but I am SPEAKING LIFE! I am not "Polly Anna". I just choose to look up! Focus on my goals and not on the negativity and the naysayers. I choose to be the in the 10% that BUST THROUGH!

Yes, my "No Alarm Clock Lifestyle". That means if I CHOOSE to rise at 4 a.m. every morning that is done by my choice NOT "I must". HUGE difference! I choose to be in a place whereas I am not on an alarm clock setting for 5 a.m. for an employer..... exhausting my resourcefulness, efficiency and productive nature to make the employer RICHER. I choose rather to strive to make myself richer and maintain a mindset of overcoming and achieving while aspiring to an abundant lifestyle.

Don't have it all figured out but I can do it.

@Joe All is well. I never put the cart before the horse. Many of the questions you raised have already been either researched, planned, analyzed, taken into consideration, guided, counseled, mentored, studied, implemented and/or enforced and forever learning, reading & always seeking additional knowledge etc...

I am a wise individual not a person who builds a house without figuring the costs well in advance.

Thanks for caring! I am looking forward to being independently wealthy. I'm not in this just playing around. I'm in it for many reasons and one of them is to have that "No alarm clock Lifestyle."  LOL! No money woes! Consequently, I dictate my day and my schedule. Consistently being productive, efficient and resourceful during the journey. Smiling.......all in due season.

Peace I leave with you, Joe.

@Joe You misunderstood me. I never stated what I had to offer was enough. It's NEVER enough! No matter what I bring to the table because I can always get better & better & better & better in every aspect. That was merely a statement to say that we all must start somewhere and at sometime.

NOBODY came out their mother's womb doing their profession or craft without getting the experience first. In short, there is somebody out there that is willing and able to risk providing me with opportunity to prove my abilities and benefit from lucrative profits. It happens all the time. It may not be you. It may not be your neighbor. It may not be a certain employer. It may not be your best friend. It may not be a family member. Nonetheless, there is someone...typically a stranger (based on many success stories) who welcomes the opportunity to profit as well.

INTEGRITY, PERSEVERANCE, RESILIENCE. STELLAR WORK ETHIC, DETERMINATION, CREDIBILITY, DEPENDABILITY, KNOWLEDGE, etc...these are merely a few attributes that are needed to become successful along with an opportunity that will eventually present itself when one does not give up. Eventually, somebody will allow the opportunity for me to shine and show what I offer...in action not just words. I just listed a few things here but the list actually never ends because I strive for excellence in all of my endeavors.

The bottom line is this...I will continue to press on and upward because God is my provider. God is my provider and shall use whom he chooses to use with me. As long as I do what I know I need to do (being productive) things will line up just as they should. I'm not in nor coming from a place of desperation! The private lenders, joint venture partners or businesses that I seek will present themselves in due season. I only want those in my circle that are supposed to be there. The ones who keep it moving...that is a blessing because it means that's not for me. The opportunity shall present itself when the time is right...inexperienced, nothing under my belt and all.

Wishing you the best as well, Joe! Have a lovely day. :-)

What's meant to be shall be when you treat others with dignity and respect. It is never acceptable to type just anything any kind of way to express yourself (at no time) but ESPECIALLY on a professional business site like this and think it is acceptable.

Being direct & blunt is great when it's done with tact and intellect. We are all ever learning (except any know-it-alls) and constructive criticism is always welcomed. I love it as long as it's done tactfully.

I agree with you that I do have more to offer...that was merely a synopsis since I do have limited real estate experience. I'm a new investor and there are MANY that will value and are actually seeking investors who offer my reliability, dependability, integrity, credibility and a stellar work ethic which are consistent. There are several people out there that can't find these characteristics and attributes consistently in others on a daily basis. It is certainly practically non-existent these days. So RARE it's sad.

I shall "ENJOY AS I PROSPER"!  Best wishes to you as well!

Thanks :-)
