@Ken We all must start somewhere and likely with a company that does allow for that parameter. Therefore, if your company does not have room for inexperienced investors to earn additional profits then no problem...that's your company's discretion. However, there are companies who will. NOBODY was born doing what they do whether novice or expert...we all start inexperienced then grow to gain experience. Furthermore, if you have nothing to convey in a positive, encouraging, motivating, enriching or helpful manner of contribution then please proceed to scroll past my comments or questions.

@Ken Bringing intelligence, time, knowledge, credibility, integrity and some "Skin" to the deal. Nonetheless,  it's obvious that it's not enough "Skin" for the Hard Money Lenders which explains why I am inquiring about Private Lenders instead.

@Nick I am speaking of the private lenders...just need to meet one. The Hard Money Lenders and their point system is ridiculous.

@Mindy Yes, I understand private lenders may be friends or family. However, they do have private lenders who are mere strangers (deep pockets-high rollers) willing to invest based on one's credibility, other factors and the property deal presented. I was wondering if there was something I was missing because it's more difficult than I expected.

I am seeking Private Lenders. It's more difficult than I anticipated. How can I find Private Lenders that are willing to invest?

There is so much convoluted information out there that I can't believe everything I read in real estate investing (especially being new in this field). Therefore, it's great being able to ask questions and get insight from those who are honest and/or seasoned investors while I am reading, studying and learning.

Thank you, Marvin. I asked that question because I've previously seen ads whereas the Hard Money Lenders are also advertising that they do Private Money Lending as well. I don't know if that's a different "spin or twist" that certain companies are doing with crazy fees or what. It would be great if I already knew some trusted lenders (that have fair fees) whether Hard Money or Private.

Nonetheless, thank you for taking the time to respond at length. I am nearby in Fayetteville, GA so if I may ever help please feel free to reach out to me...inbox, email or phone. Have a pleasant evening.
