I am definitely getting ready to listen to all the podcasts. I am very good at flipping. That is what I would like my first investment to be. Flip and rent. I should have mentioned that. I mainly wanted to hear other people's first investment stories so I could get some inspiration. :) This site and the forums have taught me a lot already but I have some more I need to learn! Thank you so much for your advice. I really do appreciate it.

I was wondering where some of you guys started out? What was your first real estate deal? How did it turn out?

Also, where should I begin? I have a couple months to get my final plan together but I am 18 and could use some advice on getting started. I appreciate any comments or advice. Thanks!

Hello! My name is Tristan. I have been interested in property investing for a while but have a lot of questions. I'm not going to type an essay but I joined the site hoping to gain wisdom and guidance from others. I am looking to buy my first property in July. I obviously have lots of decisions to make and I don't really know exactly how I'm going to go about doing everything. I welcome any advise.
