I have an idea about building a community but it would cost around $5000000 on the high end. I don't have 5 mil but would you recommend building a presentation and analysis and present it to private lenders or banks even if the business you own is only a few months old with no significant cash flow?

Hi! I'm an accidental landlord that has learned a lot with this first experience. Now that i'm in, I'm going way in. I love the idea of rental property revenue and flipping. I'm an HGTV addict and I love the Gains couple :) I'm open to books, ideas, suggestions, deals, and whatever else comes along with learning to be a great real estate investor.
