The one in Virginia was called real estate elevated. And was ran by David freier and his gang. Claiming to have a secret from Tarek and Christina from HGTV.but zurixx had now been disbanded.

@Chuck Raderstorf Not sure what your situation is and in case Rodney doesn't answer you, but here are few things to think about. 1) the list of preferred funding sources and network of lenders will be provided to either everyone who attends the 3 day course, meaning hundreds of people or more or it will provided to those want to spend $20K to $70K, so you'd be in competition with a lot of others. 2) No experienced private lender, that you don't know, will lend to an inexperienced rehabber, unless they (the Lenders) are total idiots. 3) It is likely that you will end up using hard money if you don't have your own funds or access to some private money. 4) I'm certain there are hard money lenders in your area available via the web or your local REIA.

I'm sorry, but this is nothing more than a grand scheme of fraud and up charge. Classic dream selling. The software the they claim is very very exclusive, is literally just a copy of a cheaper software that's available to the Public that does the exact same thing. This "Network" of 100 plus people that they say are lenders is just the government with different loans you can utilize if you're swift enough. But in no way shape or form is it "their" people. And actually the business that I bought the services from, (zurixx) got shut down by the FTC for fraudulent practices so that alone is enough evidence to let you know that this is a $30 service with a $70k pricetag. DON'T DO IT

has anyone used either of these two programs? I have repropfinder but after a while it's saying that i don't have an account. Then i google the name of the charges used on the site and i see propstream program. So then i look up propstream and it looks almost like a carbon copy of repropfinder. Now i feel really iffy about both programs. Does anyone have any experience with either of these?
