Hello BP Community!

I'm Troy and I'm from the Baton Rouge area. I've been lurking the forums and taking advantage other resources for a while but wanted to introduce myself and hopefully make some new connections, start learning a little more, etc. I'm new to REI and was introduced to the site by a colleague and potential investment partner.

My profession is IT consultant, but I'm hoping to make my business real estate (I've got the Rich Dad, Poor Dad mentality). I'm interested in SFH and/or MFH to flip and eventually start using the BRRRR strategy. I'm hoping to meet some like-minded individuals along the way as well as start building my network of resources for future opportunities. Looking forward to the journey!
