I'm actively shopping for multi-family properties which meet the following criteria:

- Seller financing or lease option available

- Property has between 15-50 units (will consider larger properties)

- TX, OHIO,  FL, SC, AZ preferred but will look at any locations that is at least  a secondary market or college town

- 10% Cap or higher

Please only bring properties which you are 100% direct to seller on.

About MySelf

  • I am a young and an ambitious real estate investor.
