I wanted to ask it is possible to do a restate deal without a seller and buyer agent? Example would be if I found a for sell by owner property or buying property from someone within my family. I did some research and it looks like I would need an agent either buyer or seller to be there for inspection and appraisal.  

If it is possible to do it without an agent then what forms do I need and how can I obtain those forms?

@jiri vetyska that is awesome which part of Renton do you invest in. I been looking in the Tiffany park elementary area, the school rating is good and the neighbor is nice. I hope that it will attract good tentents. Do you have any thoughts on that.
