My fellow landlords...are you rekeying existing locks between tenants, changing them out completely or leaving them the same? I have previously switched out the locks completely but am considering just having them re-keyed if that is more cost effective.

I am searching for a copy of the 2018 copy of Chicago's standard lease.  Can someone help me out? 

I just took a look at the listing and the house looks nice but the pictures don't seem to do it justice.  In my opinion $1.575M commands a professional photographer.
