I have read that banks will not lend money if the lendee has ten loans at that current time. How does a real estate investor keep building his portfolio after this limit?

What is the best way to get started as a landlord? Also, after obtaining your first rental house, how does one work their way up to owning 20 to 100 houses?

As for perfect credit, I've never had any of my lenders pull my credit report. Most don't require an appraisal or thousands in junk fees. No bank would ever partner with me on a deal.

There is no such thing as a relationship with a pretender lender. Sure, they'll give you a free stuffed monkey, but if you don't make the payment next month, you'll definitely feel the pain.

Now the question is where do I find a lender like yours? Lol

Why is it that non-conforming loans can be unlimited?

I talked to my friend the other day and he told me his landlord owns 230 properties. I understand if your a millionaire it would be quite easy to attain such an amount as that. But if you weren't a millionaire, is it possible to finance that many properties to buy and hold? If so, do investors finance all of them one at a time or all at the same time. I cant imagine having 230 mortages.

I actually have completed one wholesale deal before and I would probably go at it full time if I wasn't working at my job. Do you mean tax sales when your referring to notes?
