LOLOL that look horrible! I would call cable company to come out and tell them that you're new owner and you want all equipment removed and the damage repaired. Then just set up for a new install. Also, what @Marcia Maynard said about being present for every install is so critical. I've had installers show up on properties and not ask any questions just start drilling through concrete and roofs throwing satellites and wires everywhere.

Interest only private money would be another option.

@Kimberly H.

I uploaded. It's in Tyler Ansell's files under "Service Animal Form (Blank)". Let me know if you can find it, I've never uploaded anything before. Put it onto your property letterhead and good luck!

I think the discrepancy is that they define principal residence as a property that will be occupied by the borrower for the majority of the calendar year (4155.1 4.b.2.a). But then the next section 4155.1 4.b.2.b talks about you have to establish bona fide occupancy in said principal residence within 60 days and continue occupancy for a year. @Jeff Brower

@Jeff Brower

The links do seem to state one calendar year, but the actual HUD doc doesn't say anything but majority.

@Jeff Brower check these articles out...

And also from Hud 4155.1 4.B.2.a Definition of a principal residence

Don't forget they tore up the first one on their own...

FHA live-in requirement can go away after 6 months btw. Majority of the calendar year after you establish occupancy within 60 days of buying the home.

Have you looked into doing a conventional mortgage with 5-20% downpayment? Bank might be more willing to go that route and it might loosen the income requirements a bit.
