After finally taking the time and studying I passed my ca real estate exam. So Excited and happy. Its also been a while since I have been on Biggerpockets but you will see me around a lot more now!

 Sorry I have not been on bigger pockets in a while. I did finally pass my real estate exam yes!

I am currently in the process of getting my real estate license I was just curious what should be the next steps for me while obtaining my license? Should I go interview brokers? How should I go about getting into an office?

@Shawn M. Thank you for the advice I appreciate it. What would be some good steps into finding someone who is successful?

I am from Bakersfield Ca just starting out in real estate at 20 years old. I bought my first house/investment property. Has a back unit that I am renting out. So basically a duplex. I am currently in the process of getting my real estate license I was just curious what should be the next steps for me while obtaining my license? Should I go interview brokers? I am finally completed with my 3 15 hour classes online. I am about to send in my Exam/Licensee Application. Now I used realestateexpress.com and I was curious do I just print out my certificates and send them in? Because on the application it asks for Official transcripts on the classes. Ya i read that. They say that investors have experience is why? But the home would be for me OO. Thanks for the heads up.

One other question what would be the reason i did not win the bid on the hud even though i went 2000 dollars over appraisal and also paid half closing costs?
