I was curious when bidding on a hud home is it required that you need to put down an earnest money deposit?

I am wanting to become a real estate agent and was wondering is realestateexpress.com legit for me to get licensed in California? Is it the same as doing classes in school. I learn better on my own and at my own pace so I was just curious on that? Has anyone used it before thank you. Tyler

Dalton Summers sounds reasonable I would love to its just hard to actually do that when your brining in 80k a year at 19 years old. Until I actually start making more money with assets hint real estate.
