Good morning everyone just wanted to make a quick post and find out if anybody has ran into this issue. I have a property that I would like to put under contract however the owner is unable to be located and/or is deceased what are my options In acquiring the property.

Thank you very much! I am just getting started and have 4 properties that I'm looking at, and going to try and get on contracts. So this gives me a good idea of what to put in a letter to future cash buyer.

Good Evening everyone, Just wanted to reach out to any cash buyers in the Anderson, IN area or really anyone lol. What information do you want or need  from a wholesaler in order to determine to buy a property?
