Hey All! Are there any current markets that are still somewhat easy to get into? Ie. Have the ability to find and acquire investment properties without a huge bidding war/paying significantly over value?
Perhaps somewhere where it's not STRICTLY a sellers market. :)

I am currently looking and exploring opportunities in Puerto Rico - and would LOVE to speak to fellow people currently living in PR or the Caribbean - or those who are knowledgable.
What's the market like for rentals, buy and hold? Flips? Redevelopments? I know the economy isn't the best right now - but looking to see what others think and are experiencing...

Hi All!
So what's new and upcoming in the US? Lots of hot, sellers markets. I'm in Denver where there is clearly opportunity - but A TON of competition and purchases OVER asking price.
Are there other cities in the US where flipping is attainable with a decent spread currently? Looking for up and coming markets and any information anyone wants to discuss!
