Has any one turned a single family house into an senior citizen type housing maybe renting out rooms. Or the entire place and having some professionals come in to offer assistance? 

For sure wanna do your home work and would talk with a few different ones.  I have attached a few FB group links that you might wanna check out and post on there.  I have coffee with a couple of guys every Tuesday that have their own pmc and growing portfolios.  Good guys I don't use them as I am also a pmc.  If you dm me I'll share their info with you.   The first one might have the most help.

I am a contractor my number is 585-364-1561 I have done several projects I am also a landlord and a manage some additional doors.  Also would suggest checking out your local ffrei meeting one that I go to every week is held at new city coffee.  It's Tuesday mornings from 7:30-9:30
