@Will Menard Hey will i am also from Lafayette Louisiana and interested in getting into the game! Could you possibly tell me the name of the contractor(s) used for this deal? Also who did you use to get this property appraised? Your help would be much appreciated being that you are from the same city as me! Thanks !

What is the best way to come to an after repair value of a home? Should you have a professional take a look at it and then give you an estimate? Should you have it inspected and then ask a contractor ? Can someone give me the fill on going from finding a house that seems like it has potential to figuring out the ARV.

@Logan Pettigrew I apologize that I cant answer your questions but that being said as a guy who is trying to get into my first BRRRR How did you know that the value of your home would go up to 160k after renovating it? And also What was the original value of the home when you bought it? Thanks!
@Anthony Beckham Thank you very much!!
When coming across a property that is the same as other nearby properties in terms of size, bed, and bath, but listed at a much lower price than its comps, what is the best way to go about figuring out why it is listed lower? Should you have an inspector look at it or maybe ask the agent who is selling it? How do you figure out why it is so much cheaper than the others.
Thank you very much!
