I worked with a turnkey investment company similar to yours. Can you tell me about your company? What cities do you target? What's the typical acquisition cost for an investor?

I'm JUST getting started in the real estate industry and am self-teaching myself from scratch, which has been exciting, fun, interesting, frustrating, and SO SO MOTIVATING. I just picked up my first property in Indianapolis!
