Congratulations on passing your exam! That is a huge step for your future endeavors. Usually when people start, they will join a team in the city. There are numerous companies who have people join with little to no experience. You have the hard part down, that is passing your exam. Now it is time to market yourself. I would look on BP and Facebook to see any local marketing events going on and join those groups and attend the posted events!

Have you performed a rental analysis on the unit yet? You could possibly make more money on monthly rent just by checking some comps in the neighborhood.
