***FULL DISCOLSURE*** I am a DSCR Lender

BP community - how many of you have had financing fall through in the last 2 months due to  lenders closing their doors or kill otherwise eligible deals due to internal complications on the lending side? Curious on this, have been hearing very mixed opinions/experiences across the market.

Masha, credit to you for trying to do the right thing. I would recommend looking on Facebook groups within your area to see if someone is willing to take the dog in. Very sad situation - hoping the furry friend can find a good home!

You are correct, these loans do typically have a higher down payment requirements (Lower LTV threshold) and slightly higher interest rates than conventional loans, however they offer self employed individuals valuable access to financing solutions. There are Non-QM loans that qualify for owner occupied as well, however I as a lender only focus on investment residential. But owner occupied non-qm does exist!
