Down in the Baton Rouge area for storm restoration after Ida. Trying our best to get the power back on and as any investor been looking at properties.(Paid bird dogging I like to call it) This area hasn’t been one I have looked at in the past, but am liking what I’m seeing in some areas. This was a Lease Option deal over 3 years, closed it on March 26 2019! This was also my first real estate deal and am hungry for more!!
