What are some steps I should take if I wanted to buy a "plex" and rent it out, but also live in it with no money out of my pocket. I am still very very new to REI, also don't have much money since I am starting out. Some advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hey! New to the idea of real estate investing! I really do not know anything, so I came here to learn. I am only 20 so I obviously do not have really even a decent amount of money, but all I want in life is to be financially free, so again, I am an open book to learn anything and everything that I can.
