@Kyle Tokasey Thanks for the fast reply, Kyle! My primary interest is in multi-family residences, but I am always be open minded to other types of investments if I understand them. I will definitely check out the podcast! Thanks for the tip.

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and just wanted to introduce myself to the community!

My name is Tyne Flannigan. I am a 20 year old student of business at the University of Montana, and grew up in Kalispell, MT. I am very much a rookie in the game of real estate investing, and was excited when I learned about the BiggerPockets community. I'm looking forward to meeting many ambitious and likeminded people within this network, and learning the first steps toward successful real estate investment. I would love to find a mentor, or a group of peers  with whom to discuss ideas and work on deals together.
