Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and just wanted to introduce myself to the community!
My name is Tyne Flannigan. I am a 20 year old student of business at the University of Montana, and grew up in Kalispell, MT. I am very much a rookie in the game of real estate investing, and was excited when I learned about the BiggerPockets community. I'm looking forward to meeting many ambitious and likeminded people within this network, and learning the first steps toward successful real estate investment. I would love to find a mentor, or a group of peers with whom to discuss ideas and work on deals together.

Its great to see you on here. Stinky part about our state is we are just a few towns over from you guys, a measly 6 hour drive... Hope you find some folks to connect with. But don't let it stop you. There are great opportunities in Montana with few investors.
